Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post so my apologies if its not.

Anyone have any issues when trying to edit/update their stats?

When i enter my PIN and click on edit/update it takes me to the screen to choose a ruler design like i am a new user. Its been like this for a few days now.

Anyone else currently experiencing this with their tickers by TF?

I had the same problem. I guess I'll wait to see if I can edit, if not, I'll look for another ticker.

Mine isn't TF, but it does (or doesn't do) the same thing.
I like it, so I've just kept creating a new one of the same thing.

I found an email contact address for mine: (supportATwdwinfo.com), so I emailed them and we'll see.

Did you try their comment page for support? They state they can't answer all the questions they get, but hopefully they prioritize by who needs technical support vs just questions.

No but i did now. Cheers for the link. I don't use their ticker per say but have been logging my weigh in since day 1 on that site so i like to check my trend line every now and then.
