I was wondering if our wraps here in NZ are low carb, if so how many carbs? thanks

I have no idea if the low carb wraps are available here in Oz at present, because they have stopped advertising them, and I don't ever go to Subway.

But I do know that they were clearly advertised as "Low Carb" and the entire thing had (from memory) 10 or 11 carbs. So it's a safe bet that they were the same in EnZed.

One thing you can do, if Subway is your best alternative, is just ask for a salad on a plate. I have heard they are happy to do that. Or, you can risk a bread roll, and ask them to pinch out most of the bread first. I saw that on the Biggest Loser.
