Just wanted to say hi to all the wonderful folks who have joined in the last week or so, and hi to all you old-timers as well!

The holiday season is upon us - Christmas, Hanukkah . . . . and all the carbohydrate-y treats and foods that come with it. This forum will be a such great place to share ideas on how to cope, tips and recipes for low-carb treats - and a totally safe and supportive refuge for those occasions when temptations are just too much.

Hi Doreen! I'm Jen, I've posted a little intro about myself in the "french corner", but I guess all the action is here!! I've been on PP WOE since May, and I can honestly say that I've never felt this good in many many years.
