Hello guys....I just cheated on my low carb diet wiith a big fat paratha (fried nan/bread)...the reason?
I wasnt that hungry...just fed up as the scale doesnt go down!!!!
...Sigh.......
also my wt is showing up wrong on the wt indicater...I have tried to correct it but it doesnt edit properly.
my starting wt since 3 weeks is 175 lbs and am aiming for 145 lbs.
