Default Bad girl

Last night wasn't good - had 3 pieces of chocolate and a bag of ff popcorn.

I have also come to the conclusion I need to watch my carb count. I should have lost more then 4 lbs but at least its a loss. The carbs I believe are coming from the cream and Splenda/Stevia I've been putting in my coffee and tea so with that said I'm cutting way back.

Back on track today.

Hello from south of you...

You might use the MyPlan tool on here to track your carbs. I input my menus for a month or so (last summer) to see how I was doing - and found out that it was not so well. It helped me clean up where the 'carb creep' was. I still put in my day's menu every other week or so just to keep my self accountable.
