1) Daily meditation session on the cushion
2) Eating before noon (EBN).

Observation:

Welcome new 90 daysters! Still working on a workable way to EBN. Eating has been good this work week but at 2 meals and the second after noon always. I'll continue to chip away and maybe find something that works.

Mornin' all.

Day 4

1. Yoga: nope I carried heavy groceries home, though, does that count? (I don't have a car.)
2. Weigh-in: done
3. Supplements: done
4. Eating: on plan. I was desperate for something salty and snacky, and I resisted DH's chips. I made some meat/cheese/pickle rollups instead.

mviesprite, I use a daily pill box thingy, and I have a list on a sticky note inside the kitchen cupboard where they're stored.

The mission: Deep ketogenic eating everyday
The rules: Eat less than 20 net carbs per day and less than 15 net carbs at any one meal.
Other parameters: I will give myself up to 5 passes/exceptions throughout the 90 day period, but they cannot be used on consecutive days. These are not free-for-all days, but an allowance to take into account that perfection is not required.

Passes used: 4

Yesterday: 14 net carbs

15 min this AM rewriting, editing. What I love about this is - 15 min is not a lot of time - I get right to it so I don't forget...

Activity-wise, I'm not really 'feeling it' on weekends when my DH is home. I guess it just feels weird to do it in front of him. Not that he'd care, it just seems weird. I might change this goal to Mon-Fri after he's gone to work.

It's probably also work burn-out. I work Mon-Thurs, then I have to work at 5:30 am on Saturdays. It's really exhausting not having two days off in a row, and getting crap sleep on that Sat. Luckily, my job is seasonal and I don't have to do this year-round, but those 6-8 week stretches when I do... I'm proud of myself just for keeping good food on the table, the house tidy and laundry done.

A normal working day for me and just finished breakfast but it was small. I'll shoot for EBN - maybe a snack at work before noon. No kiting planed today but that can change if the wind blows
