Default truffles?

I know that some people make small servings of truffles, can someone remind me how to do it? I'm not doing very well with the search feature, all that comes up is pages of journals not matter what topic I search.

I can't get unsweetened chocolate so I made very plain and simple truffles from cocoa and coconut oil, with almonds and coconut flour to add flavour/interest:

I now use a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon, so it just makes a small serving.

There are also a number of other recipes here:

Next time you are looking for a recipe, just go to the appropriate recipe forum, where you'll find a "Contents" sticky at the top. All recipes posted are indexed in these sticky threads.

Rosebud, I just tried what you suggested above and I cannot see a "sticky" anywhere in the redipe thread. Can you tell me exactly where it is?

I am finding this site so difficult to navigate and search on...are there any instructions for people like me ?

Here are the recipe forums: http://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=2 You can also find them by going to the Main Page (click on for a short cut) or by going to the Forum Jump near the bottom right of each page.

Each of the recipe subforums, ie Main Dishes, Sweet Treats and so on, has a few sticky threads at the top of the page.

Keep asking if you have more questions.
