I started Scarsdale on Monday (I've done it before after having my son 6 years ago). I was 167.6 Monday morning, woke up 164 Tues morn (obviously water weight), Wed 163, this morn 161.6. I'm not hungry since I can snack on carrots/celery as needed. It's sooo nice to be able to have fruit which really makes me crave carbs less. Surprisingly I'm not really missing all the mayo and rich dressings and actually feel healthier and more energized from the fruit/veggies. I think I'm even feeling good enough to start exercising again which is a big thing for me, LOL.
Hope everyone else is doing great and feeling great on this plan!
