Does anyone know how many carbs are in a 6oz cup of flavoured coffee? Let's say I want to buy some vanilla flavoured coffee beans and grind them myself. I'm not refering to the flavoured powder mixes. I've checked Netzer's book and can't seem to locate this information. I've also tried Fitday.com.

Have you ever tried Atkins flavored syrups? Vanilla is my favorite! It is awesome and it is flavored with Splenda. The bottle says no carbs so you would just have to count the carbs in your coffee which I think is like .8grams per 8oz cup or something like that!

I too searched for carb content of some flavored coffees and was horrified to see some come in at a carb count of 30 or more carbs...the only one that I have found that is fairly low in carbs is General Foods International Coffees... for ex: the French Vanilla which is sweetened with nutrasweet comes in at 3.4 g carbs per 6 oz. serving... I would be more prone to take Christine's advice and use 0 carb flavored syrups...last year while I was in Florida I was able to purchase sugar free flavorings (French Vanilla, Hazelnut, etc) that were made to be added to beverages in tablet form but forget the name of them at the moment...

Found the info in regards to the coffee flavoring tablets... Flavour Creations...I tried the Hazelnut which was very good. Here is a link where they can be purchased.. I actually found them in a health food store in Florida...
