I know I am not in a true stall, but I am wondering if all the migrane medicine I took the past 2 days have cause me to retain water or slow my losses. My weight loss pattern has slown down considerably, and that is the only culprit I can think of...

I got rid of my Migraines by realizing that I was stressed and that my body wasn't hydrated - so I drunk water continuously until I stopped getting those terrible headaches.
