May I inquire as to why you are carb loading?

trying to maintain muscle mass and energy for weight training during the week mostly..honestly i don't really even feel the need to carb up..some days i don't have the energy but most of the time im ok main concern is losing the fat and keeping what muscle i do have not trying to bulk maybe build some lean mass while im buring fat and from what i've read and been told carb loading is the best way to keep and maybe even build the lean mass was just curious if anyone has done it without the loading on weekends

Lol, this is the 4th time I have said this on the forum tonight.

You don't need carbs dude, I am a stone mason - yesterday alone I shoveled 32 tons of gravel (and then moved it around and tossed it, graded it, etc).

My forearms measure 20 inches at the moment and I try to stay below 20 grams of carbs per day. By the end up summer my arms should be a good deal larger as well. All without carbs.
