Thanks ...

here I was just a minute ago showering with this big huge grin on my face thinking, wow, what a good week I have had....Then this other thought came to mind. Wendy got a nice bit of nooky last night, wonder if that was a help?...I mean you know all...exercise....hehehe...Did I say all this out loud?

Naturally that time will be coming soon you know that "thang" so I expect to jump back up a bit...but that's ok, cause most of us go down again......yippee.....yahoo....

Now that is a difficult question to answer....lol

Picked up a couple of pounds this morning. Thought I would, guess in the future I shouldn't get so darn excited with the darn scales....hehehe...oh well, no harm done, at least I was able to walk around yesterday with smiles all over my face....LOL

are you addicted to the scales, my friend? i was and i found it very frustrating. weight fluctuates so much from day to day. to much salt yesterday is probably making you hold some water. i just weigh once a week now, on fridays. i eat a salt free dinner the night before or a really low salt one. i try to only eat natural foods on thursdays because i don't want any water messing with my weight loss. i'm down another pound as of yesterday! try and stay off that darn scale. it's just messing with you! hehe!

Gosh debbie, if eating that way for one day makes a pound drop overnight, just think what might happen if you ate that way all the time ..

Doreen

p.s.- Wendy, my advice to you is .... better work up some more sweat ..
