Yea, it's me...

Been to plan since I was last here on the 7th of Feb. So woo hooo! I have had 3 cheats but all were planned and none of it was junk food. Still slowly eliminating things that have crept back into my woe, and I am going to start a clean induction phase tomorrow.

Gotta lose about 40 - 50 more pounds and I will be a happy little camper!

Gotta go and read back some to see who has been up to what...

Went for b'fast with the family and had the most amazing food. Corned beef, over easy eggs and grilled sauerkraut. Yum.
