Cool Tofu Shiritaki at Metro!

Mind blown!

I love these noodles, and they're on sale for a BUCK at Metro this week! I hope they keep carrying them. I'd even pay $2, though I'd save them for a treat. I think there are more nutritious vehicles for pasta sauce, ie spaghetti squash, etc.

I'll be trying them. I've heard of all kinds of lc noodles but this is the first time someone has unreservedly recommended a brand, thank you Kristine!
