well i am soon crossing whatever big water it is to come and live in toronto...or vancouver. i havent decided which yet.

i contacted a couple of low carb companys in toronto asking for a job/internship and one of them got back to me saying to get back in touch nearer the time (im moving in may) to see what they can do for me. (i did nutrition at uni)

dont think theres much in the way of low carb stores in vancouver

I haven't seen any Low Carb stores in BC, just a few online sources.

Our own Karen Barnaby is Executive Chef at The Fish House in Stanley Park -- that's in Vancouver. Is that a draw? And Vancouver definitely needs a low carb store -- maybe you could open one.

See if Dr Smartabbey is still practicing in Vancouver. He was promoting low carb waaaaaaaay back in the 80's.

There were 3 or 4 lc shops here in Victoria around 2004-2005 but sadly they all closed down.
