Hey all
I am going to be in the US for a while and was wondering what I should take back from here.So far I have listed:
L-Carnitine
Hood Milk (Although I have no idea of how I am going to take it back considering that I am flying back.)
Cheese snack-type chips

Just a heads-up from my own experience.... the only way you can bring any liquid back is in your checked luggage.

As for supplements and food - that's up to you. Some supps like DHEA are not legal in Canada and will be confiscated if found.

noted...
what really kills me is that I found a bread today with 5 net CHO per serve. Really good flax bread!!!
its the kind of stuff i hope and pray will eventually make it to Canada

It's hard to say what will eventually make it north of the 49th with our stupid labelling laws.... I'm sure IslandGirl has LOTS to say on that subject!

As for supplements, personal use only, if legally purchased in the states, is supposed to be a-ok. Don't try to justify a case load lot, though.
