Crepes
I have been able to make something that is crepe like.
2 eggs
2 oz creme cheese
2 tbsp ground flax seed
maple flavor to taste
1/2 stick butter
2 Oz Walden farms Sugar Free pancake syrup
heat creme cheese for 30 seconds in microwave.
fold in eggs. mix up as best you can.
fold in flax and maple flavor.
melt butter in frying pan while letting mixture sit for a few minutes.
pour mixture into frying pan. move pan around to distribute mixture so it is evenly distributed in pan and fairly thin.
allow to fry up to a golden brown on bottom and flip to allow to brown on other side.
serve up with Walden farms Sugar Free pancake syrup.
Yumm.

I can't take credit for the recipe. It is based on several other similar recipes I ran across elsewhere. One used crushed pork rinds instead of ground flax seed. The ground flax seed is easier to use. less work. I have tried various amounts of the different ingredients.
