Lightbulb Fat fast doesnt always work?

Hi everyone!

I've been on a stall for about 3 months I think since Xmas holiday cheatings and boy, do I wish I hadn't done that! The carb creep over the holiday seem to have caused this massive stall ever since I started low carbing back in 2009! Anyway I came to take refuge in this website and saw so many convincing articles on the fat fast to break a stall so I tried it and I put on about 2kg! I know it doesn't sound much but I generally felt heavy and lethargic and most of all bloated! I kept it under around 1100 kcal eating all the recommended fats and it was a total defeat. So I went back on eating moderate protein and little carb and I feel so much better and lost back the weight.
I just wanted to point out that fat fast may not be for everyone... At least not for me. I plan to stay at my usual woe and hope that my body will slowly wake up to lose...
One thing for sure, I love low carbing and I think it's the best thing that's happened to my body!

Happy LC'ing everyone x

Just out of curiosity, what kinds of fats were you eating?

A lot of people stall with cheese for example.

And women's monthly fluctuations could also be responsible for going up 2kg, over the few days of a fat fast.

But glad to hear you're happier again now

Hm... You might be right about the Tom but normally I don't gain 2kgs like that. Was having cream, mac nuts, avocados etc all the ones that were listed...
