Cool

I just finished reading Karen's tips on preparing s9ome dishes and I started drooling.......
How can the average CAD dieter prepare these exotic dishes without having an Executive chef at their beck and call?
I have been on the CAD diet about a month and have lost only 4 lbs. If I was able to eat the dishes as decribed by Karen, I think I would have gained x lbs., because they sound so greaaat.
Where are the recipes to back up these dishes if I wished to try and create them at home?
I already tried Karen's pesto sauce on dreary boiled vegetables and they have given these vegetables a new life.
Keep up the good work Karen
Joe

Hey Joe, thanks!

There is a recipe for the blue cheese dressing...

I know that it's easy for me to say, but you just throw all that stuff together and season to taste. That's the exciting thing about cooking. You don't have to be "right", just willing to experiment with your "inner chef".

I never thought I could still continue eating well and lose so much fat. It's a miracle!
