Okay, so I did a little comparison shipping. Between:
It seems that for a supply of 500 mg tablets, Doctors Trust 240 count for $25.99 is the winner for the price / pill. I think I worked it out all correctly. Not including shipping.

It doesn't hurt to take both, other than in the wallet. Both "Dr. Atkins' Vita-Nutrient Solution" and Robert Crayhon's "The Carnitine Miracle" say that the writer takes both.

OTOH, I think Crayhon wrote that Atkins book, so caveat lector.

Hi, guys!
I just came across this thread. I have been stalled for a few weeks now so I was glad to see this. I am going to pick some up tonight on my way home from work. But I do have a question. I see people say they get a bit of an energy boost. Do these pills make you gittery or make your heart race in anyway? Also, someone said to take them 3 x's a day. If you take one at dinner time will it keep you awake? Thanks for the advice!

Hi Deeski516,

It will give you energy but it doesn't make you gittery or heart race. Some people claim it interferes with their sleep. I never experiences anything with it for the exemption of WL increase. Good Luck!
