Basic day plan

Hi everyone,
I,m new and haven,t got the atkins book yet. Can any of you give me a basic idea of a days menu with simple meals. I just want to start slowly into it. Thanks

I think you really need to read the book before starting.

You can find some of the info at www.atkins.com

Are you sure you want to do Atkins? There are several other plans which are equally good. You can find summaries of some others in "Which low carb plan is right for me?" At the right side of the screen.
But I do urge you to buy and read the appropriate book before you start. And just BTW, the best book to follow Atkins with is the latest edition (2002) of Dr Atkins' New Diet Revolution.
