I suppose I will finally have to get the coating off my copper bowl so I can beat some eggwhites. It would figure that after 18 months of avoiding a single eggwhite recipe, it would be Cleochatra to blame for me finally having to. That girl is always trouble.

I have a cornucopia of personal issues I'd be happy to apply them to solving. I'm just not sure they'll be much help for my messy house, fat thighs, problem plumbing, or the fact that my boyfriend lives half a planet away. Wait. They could potentially help with the thighs part... a little. You see? They ARE magical!

PJ! I rubbed my thighs with oopsies.

The good news? My thighs glide past one another like butter.

The bad news? There are crumbs in my pants.

I just looked them up by googling "oopsie rolls" and found a South Beach recipe. Sounded gross - something with eggs, cream cheese and cream of tartar that you stick in the oven.

But googling will give you a better idea!

Yayes! Amen!

Thank you Jaysus for oopsies!

Are there haters?

Haters? I'm told no one can hate me because I'm adorable. Of course, my husband said that-- who might be biased. A little. Maybe.

As an aside, oopsies helped me overcome my hard pore corn addiction!

Diddo.

My weakness for bread is deadly...I don't know what I'd do if I hadn't 'stumbled' accross your recipe cleo.

I hear a lot of people talking about LC torillias etc. I haven't had any luck finding such products; maybe it's a canadian thing....?? eh?!

Anyway, they're worthy of the many posts!

these are Atkins' not south beach. Cream of tartar is just to make whites stiff.

I do love them though.

South Beachers can use the recipe, too.

They just use a lower-fat cream cheese. A lot of low-fat, low-carbers tend to like them as well. You can't go totally fat free or they'd be--let's face it-- pretty nasty.

PJ. I am taking pictures of you in your bloomers holding obscenely large pieces of produce when you think I'm doing other things.
