Atkin's Bake Mix

I just got two containers of Atkin's bake mix and I'm trying it for the first time. What are some good recipes that I can use the bake mix for? Im really love to bake and i hope this could substitute things for a better LC experience!

I know the atkins website has a ton of recipes using the bake mix. Good luck!
