Default I don't feel like eating meat

I've had 8.6 carbs today. I haven't had dinner yet, and I'm getting hungry but I don't feel like eating meat. This is a first for me lol. I might just eat vegetables and 4 oz of cheese.

The more I got away from those pesky carbs, but more I actually craved meat. But actually, I don't crave much of anything. I think I've managed to get to a place where I eat to satisfy hunger, without any particular cravings. This is good.

One of the great things about low carb is that you get in touch what was hunger and cravings really are

I sometimes have dinner with unsweetened Greek yogurt with some berries and chopped walnuts.

I skip meat for dinner all the time and I think it has helped my weight loss. At the very least it keeps me happy because it give me more freedom with my meals. Last night I had broccoli slaw for dinner
