The part about net carbs. I'm dying to eat the Atkins treats in my cabinet but I won't.

I've read here that those treats aren't all that good for the program. Too bad they had to try to "keep up with the Joneses". The longer you resist the stronger you will be. Is there a plan to eat them in the future?

There is no problem in my book on using net carbs as your measure - you may have to slide the scale on what the right number is for you down the road.

If you are still on induction and doing Atkins 20 - Bars on not listed here - don't eat them:

https://www.atkins.com/how-it-works.../low-carb-foods

If you are not on this plan or induction - eat them and count carbs pay attention and see what happens. Maybe you will get along with them, maybe you will not.

Only you can find out!
