What tracker are you using? With MFP, the first response to a search is usually the USDA nutrition database for the plain food item, no crust, extra oil. It often has different servings sizes to choose from drop down menu, e.g. cup or grams of weight. Find that one, because the second time you search for it, it will be on your profile. Unfortunately the USDA has dozens of versions of "pork chops" but the carbs are always zero if broiled without extras.
Another comment since you mention only losing a pound, a low carb diet works because removing the sugar and starch that stimulates hunger allows you to be satisfied with less food. You are not counting calories but hunger should naturally be reduced after 10 days. Eat when hungry, stop when full. https://www.dietdoctor.com/how-to-lose-weight. The Atkins website is managed to sell the products developed by Atkins Nutritional. The older books are good, the 2002 diet is here top of this forum: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=236482.
My favorite book to understand why LC works is Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes, and that has easy clinic diet in the back. http://www.kostdoktorn.se/wp-conten...starch_diet.pdf
