Default Low Carb Treats!

The intended purpose of this was for humor but it's interesting to note all the LC food choices you can find in an Asian grocery store. We have many in my city and I love to shop at them. Be adventurous!

I love Asian food!!! I wish it didn't have soooo many ingredients. Have seen several LC dishes that I would make. But being me the only one in the house that would eat it....just doesn't make since to go to all the trouble....

AND!!! My fav place closed....so even if I cheat, I don't have a good place close to work...

hahaha!

But yep- favorite meal in this world is sashimi!

from asain section at grocery- i ALWAYS get/have on hand:

wasabi seaweed crisps
frozen edmame
roasted edmame (chive and onion is my favorite)
shirataki
sesame oil, soy sauce, sf orange marmale and unsweetened rice vinegar for a great marinade for chicken, shrimp, fish......

sometimes i also have:
kim chi
tempeh
miso soup
can of stirfry veggies- mini corn, water chesnuts, mushrooms, bamboo shoots

and egg drop soup is a regular in my diet.
plus don't forget the "crack slaw." i'm partial to the shrimp variation.
