I know you should have at least 10 to 12 times the amount you weigh. Does that work in an average or more like daily. Here are a daily graph from my past two weeks on fitday.com.

My two cents
Hi, Stardust.
I can only say that I aim for the higher end (12xweight) on a daily basis, and that works for me. In fact, I usually go a little over that number--by perhaps one or two hundred calories. So far so good, the numbers keep moving in the right direction (down!).
Hi KarenB. Thanks for your input. I had a gain this last weighing. I weigh once a month and I gained 8.75 lbs. I about died. I jotted down in my journal reasons for the possible gain and I am restarting induction on Monday. If you have time maybe you can take a peak at my journal ... well, the last entries anyway. lol One good thing is my blood pressure still came down and I am very pleased about that.
