Hey guys...I just wanted to know.. what is the best exercise to do while on this. I do cross trainer for 30 min a day and every other day weights....and abs...

Almost any kind of exercise is good for you! If you are comfortable with the crosstrainer stick with that for a while and then switch to something else. Lifting weights is a great way to tone your muscles!!
