Back to CAD after 3 days off, and gained 2.4#, ugh!
Also trying to incorporate 80 bites so I don't get too crazy!

This week goal, 10 miles and one tough gym workout w/ trainer Ryan

Monday 6/10/13 (154.6)- no workout today, just getting back on plan

Tues 6/11 (152.6)- plan workout at home, took Dylan for a walk around the lake, nice evening. Probably 2 miles

Wed 6/12(152.8)-nada

Thur 6/13(152.6)-probably nothing

Fri 6/14 () -workout w/ Ryan a.m. then maybe run/walk at home while watch movie & wait for Ben

Sat 6/15 () -

Sun 6/16 ()-

Ok, I was off for a month, need to get back on track with eating and exercise. Two major goals! Back in the 130s and run my 1/2 marathon under 2:30, Get on running schedule, run every other day.

Mon 7/22 - 153.8 -no ex - tired from last night, lazy
Tues 7/23 - 153 - no ex - dinner at Beer Exchange, but night
Wed 7/24 - 154.2 - yikes! ate too much last night, run/walk 2 miles today
Thur 7/25 - 152.8 - lowest this week! - want to run/walk 3 tonight
Fri 7/26 -
Sat 7/27 -

Weekly Average - 153.45 - this is the Start

Just off for the weekend, had a gain, totally expected, plus I'm on cycle, so that brings me up too. Back to CAD, daily exercise and also trying some calorie counting.

Mon 7/29 - 154.8 - plan to run/walk while watching movie Notorious, Ingrid Gergman-didn't watch movie, went outside for a run/walk, did 2 miles burned about 200 cals.
Tues 7/30 - 154.8 - holding steady, need to run/walk for more than an hour! Watch movie tonight! Did great, 4.1 miles , 50 burpees, torched 800 calories
Wed 7/31 -154.4 - no exercise, truly no time when I didn't get up and get it done before work
Thur 8/1 - 154.6 - outside run/walk maybe 2 miles? tonight 22 burpees done, burned about 400 cals
Fri 8/2 - 153.8 - no ex, dinner at the country club
Sat 8/3- 153.4 - no ex, dinner out with Les & Linds lots of tapas burrata at Zazios! Lots of cocktails, skydeck, wild bull, trent is getting married!
Sun 8/4 - 154.8 - 1 mile walk w/ Dylan in the am then kayaking with Hubbards, Rachel & Grimms, lovely weather!
Goal 152.8 - so didn't make goal!
Weekly Average 154.37 - up from last week

Calorie Burn goal 3500 - Completed 1400 - To Go this Week - 2100

Mon 8/5 - 152.6 - after one great day, made goal, not sure if I'll get ex tonight, dinner with parents at Essen Haus try not to overdo it! - ate at Latitude 42 instead, super yummy

Tues 8/6 - 152.2 - S. Haven for dinner got to see Jackie, Madison & Heather, so nice

Wed 8/7 - 153.2 - ate a little too much yesterday, gotta watch my portions, Sanchez tonight, ate very light but drank too much

Thur 8/8 - 151, still haven't exercised, upset tummy! try to remember this feeling, ugh, no good
Fri 8/9 - 151.6 - portion control helps keep it all in check~ Shaws Crab House, buffet tonight in Chicago area, can't wait, so excited, this will be a feast!
Sat (gone) - try to get some exercise in!
Sun (gone) - try to get some exercise in!
Didn't make goal
Weekly Average 152.1 - down from last week, good
Goal 149.anything, just get back in the 140s!

Keeping goal at anything 149 for this week

Mon 8/12 - 152.6 - time to get some exercise, last week was a bust. 2 months away from my 1/2 marathon, gotta train better. Dinner at Zazios, oh so good!
Tues 8/13- ? - just couldn't face the scale this morning!
Wed 8/14- ? - still couldn't face the scale, gotta get back after it!
Thur 8/15- 152.8 - thought it would be much higher, had a few days of eating way too much! 10 each pu, su, sq
Fri 8/16- 151.8 - 15 each pu, su, sq, plan run 3-4 miles
Sat 8/17- ?plan to go paddle boarding and kayaking with a couple friends, can't wait!- had a great time paddle boarding, but ate too much
Sun 8/18- plan 7 miles, even if I have to crawl them, haha! Movie time and bonding with the treadmill, haha!- didn't happen, walked 2 miles with the dog, then nothing later, had to go to the camper.

Average 152.8 - didn't make goal

Goal still 149
Goal - get to the gym at least 2 mornings, shooting for Tues & Thur, the night before no alcohol and going to bed early, so I can get up early. Pack gym bag night before. After workout Reward with coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Goal, back on track with long runs, 7-8 miles this week, then next week, run around Mackinac Island!

Mon 8/19 - 154.4 - yikes! 2 miles walk with B & Dylan, thinking about eating more veggies, healthier in general
Tues 8/20 - 154.4 - got myself to the gym, so proud! Reward Dunkin Donuts coffee & egg wrap. 3 miles on treadmill, 37:30 min, not too shabby, 20 squat jumps and 6 burpees, I thought I'd be able to do more burpees, but just couldn't do it, and didn't want to kill myself, there is always tomorrow! Had wonderful Paul Hobbs wine, Pinot Noir, my new favorite! Ate too much, alcohol is the gateway
Wed 8/21 - 154.2 - no alcohol tonight, gym tomorrow. Getting back on track, kind of want the black card at Planet fitness, it's only $10/month more, I would have use of massage chairs- so we ended up with a date night and I had wine, we listened to music it was great. No wine tonight and exercise tomorrow!
Thur 8/22 - 153.8 - had one glass of wine
Fri 8/23 - ? cycle tomorrow, just couldn't face the scale, very tired, no gym time, maybe tomorrow or Sunday
Sat 8/24 - ? -
Sun 8/25 - ? - after a couple days off was expecting about 155, was rewarded with 157?!?! WTHeck?!?! Super disappointed, but managed to get my 7 mile run/walk in and ate pretty healthy. Getting strict about eating for a month, and see if I can drop some #

Weekly Average - 154.76 - didn't make goal, ugh!

Still keeping weekly goal at 149, it might actually be possible this week!

Mon 8/26 - 151.2 - not sure how that happened after yesterday, but I'm going to ride this wave, sweet! Plan to walk 2 miles tonight with B & Dylan.
Tues 8/27 - Plan to run/walk at the gym in the am 3-4 miles
Wed 8/28 -
Thur 8/29 - head off to Mackinac Island for the long weekend!

Ate way too much on vacation, but had a very good time.
Time to get back on track, and lose 2#/week.
Goal exercise at least 30 min/day
I find that I watch too much tv and get lazy, new rule, no more than 1 hour tv per day! If I exercise, I can watch tv while I exercise. Maybe take the exercise bike to the basement, so I can pedal while watching BBad!

Tues 9/3 - 154.8 - 7 miles 24 min, burned 175 cals
Wed 9/4 - 153.2 - yes! yesterday worked!
Thur 9/5- 153.4 - ugh, still can make goal this week, don't get discouraged!
Fri 9/6 -
Sat 9/7 -
Sun 9/8 -

I was reading thru the gym logs because I was thinking about doing one myself. I've been going now for 5 weeks and like the idea of having accountability. Just wanted to say stick with it! you can do it!! I think I'll give this log thingey a try....

Mon 9.30.13 153.4 - dinner tonight out with friends when get home do at least 5 minutes of abs
Tue 10.1.13 - 153.8 did a few sit ups before work So You Think You Can Dance tonight. counted calories, but no exercise
Wed 10.2.13 - 153, PF running and some stair mill, 3 miles, + stair mill, burn 500 cals!

Mon 10.28.13 - 153.2 - gotta do something every DAY! Exercise and Portion Control! - ok, not a great start, did exercise portion control, but no physical exercise. Work on daily planks, plank challenge!

Tues 10.29.13 - 152.8 - started the day right, went to the gym, but got stood up, not really feeling it, 10 min on treadmill, a few exercises, 10 min on arc trainer

Wed 10.30.13 - 151.8 - yay! What to do tonight?!? Weights at home, while finishing up Biggest Loser?

Thur 10.31.13 - 152.4 - another morning workout, starting to look forward to these days. Gotta get to bed early enough to get up early. Also going to see Gold Company tonight, excited!!

Fri 11.1.13 - 152.2 - really want to just get back in the 140s ASAP! Need to do daily exercise to get there I think. Tonight, do at least 10 miles on the bike.

Mon 11.4.13 - 153.6 - not too hot! Weekends are rough.

Tues 11.5.13 - 153.2 - not much but better than going up! Was supposed to work out but just too tired

Wed 11.6.13 - 152.8 - started the day with spinning! YAY, felt great!

Thurs 11.7.13 (GOAL 149!!!, or anything under 150, I'll take it!!)

Keeping track of steps, goal 10,000 a day! This is tough during the week. I really think I should start with a short walk on the treadmill, then a little at lunch then a little after work, because I can't seem to get it by just walking through my normal day. Honestly last week I was super sick and feeling lousy, so walking didn't happen, but I ate the smoothies and got down from 154.4 to 150.4 - so I lost 4# last week, yay!!! Then I splurged a little this weekend and today was up to 150.8. But I hope to be down a couple # this week.
