Can of sardines, heavy cream, avocado oil and vinegar. Whipped into a slurry. Better than it sounds. Almost has to be.
I'm glad I'm not the only one around here who likes sardines. Sounds good! I like smoked kippers (Brunswick Seafood Snacks). I usually just eat them right out of the can but also like them mashed with mustard, Vidalia onion and/or mayo.

My usual breakfast casserole concoction with coffee and 2 oz. half and half. It's boring, but oh so good, and both dh and I look forward to eating this 3 mornings a week, every week!
Another oopsie-less day (wanted to make the breakfast sandwiches with them but I'll use 2 eggs to make "bread" and put sausage and cheese in the middle this AM...green/raspberry tea
Frittata made in my frittata pan, split with the hubs, so my half was 1.5 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 TB grated cheese, a bit of mushroom, all cooked in better, and a small cappuccino. I got sick of my usual bacon and either scrambled or fried egg, so even though the ingredients are basically the same, this tasted a bit different!
