I am down .8 today!
I must confess that yesterday I went way over my planned menu - I was up to 1701 calories.
I got very hungry at night and ate a whole cup of my yogurt and the rest of my meatballs.
I had only planned on 1/2 cup of yogurt at night.
The meatballs are kind of high in calories, and my yogurt is very high fat, so it packed on the extras.
I was very nervous about it, but it did not seem to kill my little losing streak. Whew. (brush forehead).
BARB - congrats on your nice whooshy loss!
Sorry to hear you are so darned busy, though.
But I sure hope you don't have to stand in line out in the cold for too long at the funeral tonight. I know how ultra packed the parlor can get for a biker's funeral.
Especially if he was also a veteran.
I don't know if he is or not, but a vet's funeral is like triple the amount of people. I wish you both well and hope the night goes fine for you and all those around you who have to experience this loss.

Did you get all your teaching and things accomplished? Moms and Dads can be slow learners.
But you seem like a patient and wise teacher, so I am sure they "got it".
I hope you can see a loss today, even after the big steak and icky vegetables.
CRICKET - I hope you are well rested today. With no pain!
And I really hope your stomach feels better.
I hope you are not truly coming down with something...... I am going to ask my doctor about that lifetime pneumonia shot. I think I have a while to go with my last one yet, but if I can get the big one, I will. I already had shingles, and never had a shot for that. I hope it never comes back!!!!
How is your food going for you? Were you able to log it into FitDay yet?

Tomorrow morning I have my D&C planned at 7am, and I cannot have anything to eat or drink before it. Not even my water & pills. They said not to eat after midnight, but I never eat after 6pm anyway, so that is no problem. But I always make the coffee first thing in the morning and I will be missing it terribly!
Because I ate the rest of my meatballs last night, I am going to make myself a chicken salad for lunch today. My menu for today is more in line with what I should have - 1280 calories.
I will stick to this for sure.
For some reason, I have been getting hungry in the morning - needing to eat something much earlier than I ever have. This seemed to have started a couple weeks ago, and the past few days it has been very strong. I have always been holding off on eating until 10-11am, but now I am hungry as I drink my coffee!!!! Even now as I type.
I do want to hold off on the food for at least another hour, so let's see how that goes.
