Sports Related Training
Anyone have any good links for sport specific training, specifically integrating resistance training to maximize certain things, such as 40 time, jumping, etc.
I'm allready practicing sprint drills, linebacker drills, jumping squats (weightless for now).
I know it is not realistic to be a Marvin Harrison, but I want to be able to smoke the people I play with eventually
