Default Energy on low carb foods?

I dance for an hour and a half twice a week and I'm worried that if I eat a low carb meal that I will not have enough energy or nutrition, is it safe to do an high intense workout on only fruit/veggies and meat?

Yup, it's safe. Low carbing, once you get adapted to it (may take up to 3 weeks), is very compatible with endurance exercise like dancing.

By the way, follow your plan--you shouldn't be eating just fruit/veggies and meat--you need some good healthy fat in there, too.

Heck, it's perfectly safe to do it on only meat!

I have so much more energy doing low carb. I exercise pretty intensely (HIIT cardio, weight lifting, and pilates or yoga) six days a week. I have no blood sugar crashes or wane in my energy due to carbs. Once your body has adapted, i think you'll find that you have much more endurance than on high carb.

I agree. I have had the exact same experience. I am close to zero carb.
