Default LC menu for pre teen??

My step daughter will be staying with us for a month this summer and since both her father and I are on Atkins, want her to be on a LC WOE too. She is 11 years old and weighs 125 and in a size Large - XLarge in misses size shirts. She stayed with us for a week last month and here is what she ate:

Breakfast , mock danish or scrambled eggs.
Fruit20
Lunch , 1 sandwich with either turkey, peanut butter, or tuna
Strawberries, broccoli with dip, or celery with PB.
Dinner , same dinner as we eat which includes a vegetable and meat.

We let her have SF candy, SF popsicles, SF JEllo and SF cookies (all in moderation), a little diet cola, peanuts, and encourage lots of water.

Does anyone have any recomendations on a LC menu for her? Should we still give her a little milk?

I believe I read in the atkins book that you should not put children under 12 on extreme carb WOL however I know there is a carb adicts book for kids and a sugar busters book for kids. I have a small child who is overweight and I have to watch what she eats.

Here are just a few suggestions
Turkery or ham roll ups -- lay meat out place small amount of cheese on it and some mayo and roll them up. the meat keeps them in. both my children love these. sometimes they like to put carrots in them so they have a crunch.

you can also try those egg mockmuffins it is on the recipe forum under breakfast.

We do alot with S/F jello. we buy lots of flavors and you can put them in freezer and make frozen jello pops.

another favorite of ours is a veggie tray. my children are young so they love the small peices they can put in their hands carrots celery, green peppers also some ranch dressing and chunks of cheese. add some diced chicken and you have lunch.

Another thing I heard today on the board somewhere was taking the heavy whipping cream -- whipping it up with some Splenda and cocoa powder and freezing it. The person said it reminded them of ice cream.

Hope this helps
