I've been grain free for a week now, but am still eating cheese and using some half and half in my coffee (unsweetened otherwise) and don't feel different. I'm not cravings pasta or sweets really - I do hear the granola bars that I had just made two weeks ago calling my name from the freezer though. It's extremely rare that I have any sort of GI upset, my sole lucky blessing has been good skin. I guess time will tell though if something was bothering me that I don't know about.
