Exclamation How to break binge/purge??

So in a couple days it will be 3 years for my bulimia...I've always had poor body image and I found anorexia when I was 12, I went from 130 lbs to 115 but then went back to 120. Then I found bulimia...for the first two years I maintained 115-120 lbs but around November this year I suddenly began dropping the weight quickly and by December I was 100 lbs, Now I'm 90, but in the beginning of May I got to 80 lbs at 5'4". I binge/purge everyday and I hate the lightheaded feeling and not being able to concentrate which in turn makes me an idiot in school it seems. I recently measured myself and I began hating myself for having a 21" waist and 31" hips and bust (yeah I'm messed up.), Why did I suddenly lose that weight though? I eat too much for a normal person...maybe 3000 calories a day, lots of fruit and carbs but even eating apples or drinking milk makes me want to purge. I can't hold anything down without feeling ill. I want to break this cycle though, how did you do it if you have? Any suggestions?

Are you 15? Can you talk to a parent or guardian or support group or counselor?

I have recovered from bulimia and my DD recovered from anorexia when she was 14. (not both at the same time, different times). She had the 30 day hospital thing. We both needed in-person help from people who knew. You could have some physical catching up to do from the earlier restriction and it would help to be able to see and talk to you in person.

My DD spent the first 14 days in the hospital getting her brain and body nourished again. Regular meals. Then the next 2 weeks was on talk therapy, support groups, and how to establish new habits.

I worked with a support group and added in good habits one at a time. First breakfast, then lunch, then dinner. Then sleep. Then exercise. By the end I had much better lifestyle routines.

It may seem scary but it's so doable and once you get nourished again, your brain and body will feel soooo much better.
