I finally made something worth noting - grilled cheese sammie made with spinach bread and sharp cheddar and sun-dried tomato goat cheese. Decaf and HC.

Some new experiment, not really to tuff but never did it before. Had a steak butterflied and some eggs. As the steak was cooking I had some ground beef in pan with 45g onion. After steak was cooked thew on plate and added eggs on top. The for the new part... added chili paste, ACV, flax meal and large dollop of sour cream to beef/onion and mix up with all fat in pan - reminded me a bit of sloppy joe mix - maybe some cumin or somthing next time. Filling but ugly

2 slices fried bacon
81 grams spinach
262 cal; 58% fat, 31% protein, 5% net carb

Fuel for kiteboarding. Usually I take a picture before a bite so it's kind of gross but did taste good.

late breakfast: 1/2 can tongo tuna in olive oil w/Italian Blend cheese sprinkled on top, spoon of SF peach jam, half caff coffee w/HC

not hungry today - just haff caff coffee w/HC (I like a little coffee with my cream - bring the COW!) a few Atkins Choc covered almonds...

Aw... it's tough when even your EGGS don't turn out... mmmm Masala Chai....that sounds interesting!

Half caff coffee/ HC and small bowl of Broccoli Cheese Soup. Parm Crisps instead of croutons.

Canadian back bacon cut into cubes, fried in bacon fat with French shallots, then eggs scrambled into that with a pinch of Fresh parm cheese 🧀 , English breakfast tea ☕️ delish!!

I'm IFing, so breakfast today was at 11 and consisted of 4 deviled egg halves, bacon and sausage links.
