Hi I'm new too!!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nia and I have decided to follow the low-carb way of life (for good this time)... no more excuses

I'm 26 years old. As of today, May 26, 2001, I have 26lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. (Look at that!!! All 26).

Yes, it has been a struggle, but I am determined to succeed and return to my ideal weight.

I can use all the support I can get...
