Another Dukan follower here
Hello everyone,
I've reached my goal weight and am currently following the Dukan Staircase for maintenance. Dr Dukan's plan has been my mainstay WOE since I was introduced to it in 2005. I have explored many plans over the years, but this one one fits perfectly!
It's a shame that the diet has lost many of its followers, but if you're interested there is a new thread in the "Countdown, Buddies and Challenges" section.
