I saw an hour-long show on TLC or Discovery or some similar channel about a guy somewhere in the UK who does this. He's like in his 60's or 70's and eats some seriously GNARLY things...and NO part of the animal is off-limits to him. *Shudder*

He would have a feast in Kentucky. Lots of road kill around here.
I don't think I've seen so many dead deer before. They are everywhere this year. I almost hit one the other day.
