Just curious, how does soluble fiber work? Something like glucomannan powder. They become gel-like or pudding-like when added to liquids. I think they're used a prebiotics a lot of times.
They swell up so much with moisture that you have to be very careful when swallowing a glucomannan capsule or risk an esophageal blockage.
