Yeah, I know you and at least one other person have suggested that I start a journal. But I know I probably wouldn't visit it regularly nor know what to write.

I'll think about it.

I certainly appreciate you talking me through some of this!!

OK, different topic....

Have you guys tried the CarbSmart Multivitamin by One-a-day?

I think I may have seen a thread somewhere on this forum I'll need to find it.

Anyone have opinions about it?

Hi Joe and Holly!!! I am still here! I am so sorry about your scare too! I hope you are okay? I had that happen years ago and they told me it was a stress attack and put me on Zoloft. But it hurt like hell! As far as vitamens I take Centrum Excel, Fish Oil and for my poor knee joints Glucosamine with MSM. Well I wanted to let you know I am still here and doing well, surprising with the two weeks I have had! I am leaving tomorrow for vacation to Maine and I PROMISE to check back in on August 15 when I return! Wish me luck and my thoughts are with everyone, take care!

Marie- I didn't hurt like hell, but I also wasn't comfortable. A dull pain that wouldn't go away and was spreading. I'm glad it wasn't anything either. HAVE FUN ON VACATION!! I wish I was going on vacation.

Holly - How you holding up? Good progress I hope?

Hi, just checking in. Things have been so busy lately and will continue to be that way for another couple weeks. But I'm doing well, and having better luck of not falling off the wagon.

Holly - The new place is good... nice place, but it's just a holding area until we can buy a house. Hopefully we'll be looking for one soon, we want to get the car paid off first. How you been progressing?

Marie - Back from vacation yet?

Hi Joe,
Yes I am back. I loved it! I plan on moving to Old Orchard Beach Maine in 5 years. I am glad to here things are well with you. I did not lose on vacation, but I did not gain either. I did a bit too many carbs but did alot of walking on the beach and downtown so it evened things out a bit. Now back to my LC business and getting ready for my daycare to open this fall. You are so very smart to pay your car off first! I wish I did, we bought this house in May 03 and had two car payments!! OUCH! We are down to one and that is paid off in Feb 05 I can't wait! Hi there Chantel, hows it been going? Nice to know you are still around. Hi again Holly my friend who always seem to be there for me, looks like you will hit your 220 goal by August end! I am crossing my fingers for you! You can do it! I would love to get my belly button pierced, my daughter has hers done, I have a tatoo, but I am afraid of a belly piercing, go figure...
