I was never able to find the message board, even back in Sept. 2002 when I started and the website doesn't seem to be updated much.

Thank goodness we have this message board, eh?

Yeah, I was just hoping to find out more info on weight lifting with CAD, and also if the diet is suitable for those who are metabolically resistant. I know atkins discusses it, but he suggests almost no carbs at all for them. So if that is necessary....how could one do CAD? I'm losing super super slow even though I'm working out like crazy. I've gained 2 lbs of muscle mass so that's adds in ....but I still thought I would be going faster. Thanks though!!!

I think I remember seeing a message a few years ago that the board was discontinued, most likely due to money and time issues.
