goal: 15 min of creative writing, research or extracting writing from journal notes 5 days a week for my project/s

20 min spent writing a scene that I've been researching forever - still need to research this and make sure it's correct - I don't want to be writing gross inaccuracies - or rush thru the scene barely making it believable because I didn't bother to find out how this really works. Research is time consuming...this is for project 1.

Day 10 of 90

The mission: Consistency/ketogenic eating
The rules: Eat less than 25 net carbs per day and less than 15 net carbs at any one meal.
Other parameters: I will give myself up to 10 passes/exceptions throughout the 90 day period, but they cannot be used on consecutive days. These are not free-for-all days, but an allowance to take into account that perfection is not required.

Passes used: 1 of 10

Ate within limits yesterday. No so on Thursday. Too many nuts to stay under 25 net carbs. I've been sick with a cold the past few days. Some people don't want to eat when they are sick. I am the opposite. Eating for 'comfort' is still an issue with me. I'm feeling better today.

30 min spent writing, and interviewing my roommate who helped me revisit something that just happened here at home that was so hilarious I had to include it - we've been laughing about it for 2 days. Project 2.
