Hi Teri,

I'm in, I just started doing Callanetics this month 19th. I have seen you on another forum. I was looking for a Callanetics thread here and I'm glad I found it.

Hi Terri, I plan to be here every time I do an hour, and it's looking like that will be most days.
I'm setting new Goals for April. based on what I have learned my body is able to handle. It's still new to my body, so I will have to see if it can do what my mind wants.

hi i am new on here ,been on it for a while but never registered ,i started the callanetics 10 hour,i dont think i am doing it right cus i am not seeing results, i have 3 kids and a tummy that hangs out and wont go away no matter what i do ,any help would be appreciated ,

thank you ,will look at it,i just cant do the arm one cant keep my arms straight and high,also i dont feel nothing the next day when i do the stomach exercises

All I know for you to do is keep trying and the more you do the bette shape you will be in. Sorry, I can't help more. I'm only into my 10 hour myself.

Welcome!

When I began Callanetics I had already been working out for over a year and a half. I added Callanetics to my exercise schedule and I have been doing it three times a week ever since. After a short amount of time I was unable to see results but my family sure did.

I had my first daughter twenty five years ago and I have been overweight ever since. After a total of three c-sections and carrying so much weight for so long, I am seeing results.

In other words, keep at it and chances are you will see results too!
