Stress and Hormones got the better of me...ended up being 3 days off of LC and exercising...back on track as of this morning..enough is enough...no more excuses...I know I want it!

Calisthenics
February 2010 goal: 800 minutes, at least 40 minutes 5 nights a week.
500 out of 800 completed!

300 more to go! Have to get in at least 27min, daily, for the rest of the month.

Or 50 minutes for 6 six days to hit my goal, think I'll do that.

Well done Teri...I kinda feel off the face of the earth as far as Callanetics goes, TOM was brutal this month and has been here well over a week...I was able to buy a couple of bikinis though for going away and because of the hours I put in they look good. Are you going to set up another Challenge thread or just continue this one?

I hope you are feeling better! TOM is an infrequent visitor for me since I am going through the change.

How exciting to be able to wear a bikini and have it look good too. I am sure you are going to have a wonderful time on your vacation.

I see no reason to start a new thread when this one is working out just fine for us. It is so nice to have others to work out with, thanks for joining me!
