Lightbulb abs anyone?

Hey,

I was wondering what low carb diet proportions with regards to fat/protein/ and carbs are necessary for the development of a sixpack?

I really am not sure of what percentage....but I use a killer video series for abs. Its called The Firm ab sculpt...its incredible !

My best pal has a 6 pack, she is also 43....this tape is how she got it...but I also tend to think it is genetic to some degree. Once I get rid of that layer of fat on top of my abs...I am sure a 6 pack is hiding I will let ya know ~!!
