Default *UPDATED* Splenda Conversion Charts!

I know this thread is a really old thread, but just found it recently and I decided to register on this forum and give my thanks to the OP (digwig) for making this conversion chart. Now that my family and I are living the low carb lifestyle, I have started using Splenda in a wide variety of recipes so this chart has saved me an immense amount of time!

In fact, I found this chart so helpful that I decided to update it a bit and create a printable spreadsheet so that I could post it in the various locations where I cook and prepare foods. I created the spreadsheet in OpenOffice (.ods) but I also converted it into a PDF document, and an Excel spreadsheet (.xls) so anyone should be able to print it out (3 charts are on each page). I also made a variety of image files (.jpg & .png formats) for those who don't have any office programs installed and for use with mobile phones / devices and on websites.

Here's a link to my Google Docs folder where you can download any version of this chart that you would like: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B5...VTlvSy1hRU1YdTQ

Feel free to use and/or modify these files in any way you see fit.

If you can recall 2 numbers, then you can do this without a chart:

A cup holds 48 teaspoons
A packet of Splenda is equal to 2 teaspoons

So, a cup of Splenda is 24 packets. A quarter cup would be 1/4 that amount: 6

And a third number and you should be covered:

A Tablespoon equals 3 tsp.

48
2
3

I almost failed math every year in high school, lol so I think I'll stick to using the charts.
