Back at it!
Hey everyone!
I'm returning to this WOL since falling off the wagon about 2 years ago. I was so successful, disciplined and overall happy & healthy feeling, then I gave into the whole "I can eat what I want now and not pay attention b/c I look great".
I'm on day 9 and have been mighty hungry the last few days, this morning I upped my fat and it surely satisfied me. Down 2 lbs already and an inch off my waist! My pants are loose too. Measuring is my must, it really shows progress more than the scale.
Thanks for everyone in this community, as a lot of us wouldn't be successful without the support
